POLICIES

My policies have been created to support me as an artist and to ensure you have a smooth experience, make sure you read over them!
When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all policies.

CANCELLATIONS

You will receive a reminder text and email exactly 72 hours prior to your booking. You then have 24 hours left to cancel/reschedule your booking free of charge.

If you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your booking:

You will lose your deposit or be charged 50% of your total bill.

If you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your booking or fail to attend without any notice:

You will lose your deposit and be charged the remainder of your total bill.

ARRIVE ON TIME

If you are 10 minutes late:

You will be charged for the booked service(s), but receive a reduced service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late:

Your appointment will be considered cancelled and you will be charged a 100% of your total bill.

Consider that you may need extra time for parking upon arrival. There is no parking available outside the clinic, but there is ample parking available in and around the town.

SICKNESS

If you are sick, think you may be sick or you’re getting over being sick, you must cancel/reschedule your appointment.
If you show up unwell to your appointment, you will be denied service and charged 100% of your total bill.

PAYMENT

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to be secured.
Deposits are valid for 3 months only.
Your treatment must be booked within 3 months of paying your deposit.
An extra booking fee will be charged for every new appointment after this timeframe.
I accept card or cash payments.
I do not offer refunds.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

HOUSEKEEPING

No guests, animals, children or babies are permitted to accompany you to your appointment.
No smoking, vaping or food is allowed within the clinic.
Please avoid using your phone whilst I am performing your treatment.
