
Booking & Clinic Policy
My policies are designed to support me as an artist and ensure you have a smooth, enjoyable experience.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. By booking, you are agreeing to all policies, so please take a moment to read them.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Give 48 hours’ notice or more to reschedule, and your booking fee can be transferred once.

Give less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, and your booking fee will be forfeited. A new appointment will require a fresh booking fee.
ARRIVE ON TIME

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered cancelled, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new appointment will require a fresh booking fee.

Allow extra time for parking. While there is no parking directly outside the clinic, there is ample parking in and around the town.
SICKNESS

If you are unwell, feeling unwell, or recovering from illness, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Arriving unwell may result in your appointment being declined, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

This helps keep all clients safe and ensures a comfortable environment for everyone.
PAYMENT

All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee.

Booking fees are valid for 3 months. Appointments must be scheduled within this period; a fresh booking fee will be required after this timeframe.

Cash or card payments accepted.

Refunds are not offered.

HOUSEKEEPING

No animals, children, or babies are permitted to accompany you to your appointment.

Smoking, vaping, or food is not allowed in the clinic.

Please avoid using your phone while your treatment is in progress.
