• I treat every client equally, so I do not make exceptions, change prices, offer discounts, refunds, or free treatments for unsuccessful results.
   

• Booking fees are non-refundable and valid for 3 months only. Appointments must be scheduled within this period; a fresh booking fee will apply after this timeframe.
   

• I only treat clients over the age of 18.
   

• Adhering to pre- and post-care instructions is essential to prevent infection and achieve the best results. Any treated area that is touched, picked, pulled, or accidentally knocked may affect healing and require additional work, which will incur an extra charge.
   

• PMU is an artistic process, not an exact science. Pigment heals differently for each individual, and an exact colour or result cannot be guaranteed. Some clients may require more than two treatments to achieve their desired result.
   

• Results can vary due to factors such as skin type, pre/post-care, lifestyle, diet, medication, hormones, or previous PMU — many of which are out of my control.
   

• All PMU top-up prices include one session only.
   

• I cannot tattoo an area more than three times within one year.
   

• Your 6-week top-up must be booked after your first treatment. This session is essential for the finished result. If not booked within 12 weeks, significant fading may occur and usual top-up prices will apply.
   

• The procedure will be discussed during your consultation, and you will receive pre/post-care advice both verbally and electronically. All forms must be signed to proceed with treatment.
   

• If you have previous PMU, please email a clear photo to info@cosmeticabeautyclinic.com prior to your consultation. I must approve the area as workable. In some cases, where previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal may be recommended.
   

• Cosmética Beauty Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
